McDonald's job leads to successful career

Chicago Tribune: Shirley Chang was working as a cardiac nurse in 1984 when she applied for a part-time job at Taiwan's first McDonald's. Now Chang is corporate vice president of worldwide training, learning and development for the fast-food giant.
