McDonald's names Boeing SVP to chief people officer job

McDonald's has named former Boeing Company Senior Vice President of Human Resources Heidi Capozzi as its new global chief people officer, according to a press release.

The company said she was with Boeing for 11 years, where she led the development of programs and policies that worked to eliminate bias in hiring, increase diversity and grow transparency about inclusivity at the jet engine company. Capozzi holds a master's degree in human resources and industrial relations.
