McDonald's opens defense in strip-search trial

The (Louisville, Ky.) Courier-Journal:In its defense in a former employee's strip-search lawsuit, McDonald's Corp. presented two employees who refused to follow some of a hoax caller's demands at its store in Mount Washington, Ky., in April 2004.
A maintenance man and a cook told the jury that common sense told them it was wrong for an employee to be forced to take off her clothes.
