McDonald's plans 120 restaurants in China in '08

TradingMarkets:McDonald's Corp. plans to open 120 restaurants in China in 2008, half of which will be in the southern Chinese Province of Guangdong, said Jeffrey Schwartz, chief executive officer of McDonald's China. Many will be drive-thrus because of the country's rising number of tourists and car owners.
The company also will open four Olympic-themed restaurants during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
