McDonald's profit doubles on new menu items

BLOOMBERG: Oak Brook, Ill.-based McDonald's Corp. reported that net income for the fourth quarter doubled compared to the previous year, in part due to strong sales of the company's new Snack Wrap and other menu offerings.
