ABC:McDonalds claims the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's proposed feed ban will still not fully protect animals or people from mad cow disease (BSE). McDonalds said the proposed new feed ban will continue to let cattle eat potentially infected feed and said the risk of exposure should be cut to zero.
