McDonald's shares reach 7-year high

Associated Press: Shares of McDonald's Corp. hit their highest mark in more than seven years Wednesday after analysts predicted the fast food chain would post strong March same-store sales.

RBC Capital Markets analyst Larry Miller said he expects U.S. same-store sales to rise 5 percent in March after performing "channel checks" at restaurants.
