Associated Press: McDonald's has reworked its hiring practices after a Nashville television station reviewed sex offender registries in five states and found the fast-food chain employed dozens of them. McDonald's USA disputes some of the figures reported by WTVF-TV, but it issued a new policy that forbids hiring convicted sex offenders at roughly 8,000 company-owned stores.
