McDonald's to release Mariah Carey merch

The eagerly awaited Mariah Menu arrives at McDonald's on Dec. 13, and the company is giving away exclusive merchandise toe celebrate, according to a press release.

The Mariah x McDonald's merchandise includes exclusive beanies and t-shirts from superstar Mariah Carey. One Dec. 15 and Dec. 21, guests who redeem the Mariah Menu deal — a bakery item and Sausage McMuffin with egg — through Mobile Order and Pay with a $1 minimum purchase, and are one of the first approximately 10,000 people to claim the merchandise for that day, will receive the item. The beanie, which includes were iconic signature, is available on Dec. 15 and the shirt, featuring a throwback photo of Mariah Carey enjoying her go-to McDonald's order (a cheeseburger with extra pickles) is available Dec. 21.

"Just like so many of my fans, I have such amazing memories with McDonald's over the years. I always get a sense of nostalgia when I see the Golden Arches, so creating throwback merch with one of my favorite photos from the 90s was really fun for me," Carey said in the release.

A signature commercial will also be released.
