McDonald's U.K. strengthened by reimaging

AdAge.com: McDonald's in the United Kingdom has just had its best ever year and has plans to add 20 more stores this year, said Jill McDonald, chief marketing officer for U.K. and Northern Europe McDonald's. The company is adding to its media budget, which already exceeds $45 million in the United Kingdom alone.
 
McDonald said a refocusing effort starting in 2006 has been successfull.
