About 160 franchised Jack in the Box restaurants will rely on McClane Foodservice for its supply chain services. These Jack in the Box franchisees are provided purchasing by the National Franchisee Purchasing Cooperative, Inc., which has chosen McLane for the services, which include logistics, procurement and inventory management solutions.
McClane Foodservice, a division of the McLane Company, Inc., has served quick-service and fast casual restaurants for more than 30 years, including Checkers/Rally'sand Arby's.
“With an impressive client roster and a history of superior supply chain services, McLane is an ideal fit to help us grow the Cooperative,” said Dave Woodruff, C.M.P., President of NFPC. “We have complete confidence in McLane and know that our Jack in the Box Co-op member restaurants will be served well through this partnership."
Meanwhile, all company-operated and a vast majority of franchise Jack in the Box units receive purchasing, warehouse and distribution services through the parent company.
