Mi Viejita launches new salsa

CHICAGO — Mi Viejita LLC recently launched what it calls the first Mexican-style dehydrated salsas and sauces. According to a news release, the company also introduced the first dehydrated refried beans that reconstitute in seconds rather than the more common five to 45 minutes.
 
Mi Viejita's new line of foodservice products will be presented in the 2006 National Restaurant Association show (May 20-23, 2006) in Chicago. Booth # 9615.
