Pioneer Press: Two Hispanic men have sued the owner of a McDonald's in downtown St. Paul, Minn., claiming the restaurant's manager told them he wouldn't hire them because they were born in America.
In the suit filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court, the two men allege they were discriminated against because of their national origin and race. They also claim the manager violated state law.
