Muslim Dunkin' Donuts franchisee wins discrimination appeal

Toronto Star: A U.S. appeals court has ruled that a discrimination lawsuit filed by a Muslim Dunkin' Donuts franchisee can proceed, overturning an earlier court ruling. Dunkin' Donuts revoked the franchise agreement of chicago franchisee Walid Elkhatib because he refused to sell breakfast sandwiches made with bacon, ham or sausage.
