N.C. McDonald's charges $1 for water

WRAL (Raleigh, N.C.): A McDonald's restaurant in Wilson, N.C., is charging $1 for a small cup of water, making it the same price as a large iced tea. Employees have said the charge is because of water restrictions related to drought.
