Nestle Toll House Cafe by Chip expands again in Canada

Ziad S. Dalal, president of Crest Foods, Inc., the franchisor of Nestle Toll House Cafe by Chip franchisor Crest Foods said he's signed a three-unit deal for Quebec with Franchisee Carole Carrier. A news release said the first location will  open May 24 this year in the Val-d'Or indoor amusement park in the city. 

"We have made a concerted effort to expand our bakery café concept throughout Canada, and thanks to outstanding franchisee partners like Carole, our vision is quickly coming to life," Crest Foods Franchise Development Vice President Rudy Frederico, said in the release. 

Carrier is the co-founder and co-owner of the Groupe Mirault, a 30-year-old family business that is developing the amusement center and its food court, ,which will house Quebec's first location of the dessert brand.
