Nestlé Toll House Café marks two openings in a week

July 25, 2014

A new Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip opens today at the Sikes Senter Mall in Wichita Falls, Texas, marking the state’s 25th location.

The location is one of 18 cafés set to open this year under a master lease agreement signed in October 2013 with Rouse Properties Inc., a national owner and operator of regional enclosed malls. It also marks the first of its kind in Wichita Falls, according to a news release.

The location is owned by franchisee Kevin Lott, who has presided over Dippin’ Dots and Cinnabon kiosks at the Sikes Senter.

"The idea of introducing the best that Nestlé has to offer has been absolutely thrilling for me. I’ve gotten to know the trends here, and there’s no doubt that this bakery café is going to be a perfect fit," Lott said in the release.

Additionally, a Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip opened this week at the Southland Center Mall in Taylor, Mich., also through the Rouse Properties agreement. This location marks the 12th café in the Midwest and the 134th location systemwide.

Southland Center’s café is owned by franchisees Howard and Alisa Taylor. This marks their fourth location.
