The Ronald McDonald House Charities global board of trustees elected Sheila Musolino as chief operating officer effective June 1. Musolino will lead the strategic planning of the charity's growth, day-to-day operations, fundraising and marketing and communications efforts.
Musolino, a 29-year veteran of McDonald's, was previously the vice president, McDonald's U.S. supply chain, strategic supply.
"Sheila brings to the charity an exceptional ability to develop and execute business strategies and an innate ability to forge strong relationships. Her skill set will be vital as our charity is projected to grow our core programs by 37 percent in the next three years in order to meet the increasing demand for services," said J.C. Gonzalez-Mendez, president and CEO of RMHC, to whom Musolino will report.
