New Orleans QSRs face a multitude of challenges

Atlanta Journal-Constitution: Officials with several restaurant chains say they are still working to get their businesses up and running in New Orleans nearly two years after Hurricane Katrina. Recruiting workers has been difficult due to a shortage of local laborers, and labor rates have increased by 30 to 40 percent.
