New York fast food outlets defy calorie count rule

All Headline News.com: Many New York City restaurants are refusing to comply with the May 5 mandate for restaurants to print the calorie count of the meals on their menus. So far, 81 dining establishments have been served notice by the city Health Department for violation of the law.
Among those found guilty were Dunkin' Donuts, T.G.I. Friday's and McDonalds.The U.S. Food and Drugs Administration backed New York City's law in federal appeals court at a hearing Friday.
