Otis Spunkmeyer names SVP international

Otis Spunkmeyer Inc. has hired Hugh C. Roth as senior vice president, Subway and international.

The new position was created to more effectively deliver on customer commitments, said John Schiavo, president and CEO of Otis Spunkmeyer.

The Subway sandwich chain buys its cookie dough from Otis Spunkmeyer.
 
Roth brings more than 23 years of sales, marketing and general management experience with The Coca-Cola Company, American Express and Hershey Chocolate USA to his new role.

In his most recent capacity as vice president, global sales (foodservice) for the Coca-Cola Company, Roth had profit and loss responsibility for all aspects of a unit generating more than $350 million in sales across 84 countries.

Otis Spunkmeyer also just introduced its new, 100-percent whole grain, all-natural Tasty Grains Fresh Baked Bars. The bars are available in 3 Berry and Trail Mix flavors.
