Owner of Hawaii Taco Bells, Pizza Huts sells to PE firm

TD Food Group, which operates about 70 fast-food restaurants throughout Hawaii, is now under the ownership of the private equity firm, Nimes Capital. TD's former owner was Brentwood Associates.

Pacific Business News reported that the sale included 38 Pizza Huts, 30 Taco Bells and one A&W/Long John's Silver's restaurant. It also sold 14 restaurants in Guam and one in Saipan.
