Panda Express prepping for Japan launch

Panda Express will go global on Nov. 25 with the opening of its first Japanese store in Saiwai-ku, Kawasaki.

The expansion is part of the joint venture, called I&P Runway, between Panda Restaurant Group and the management group, Chikara no Moto, according to a release.

The location will feature two new menu items: sweet and pungent shrimp and char siu glazed salmon.
