Panda Restaurant Group picks talent management provider

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. has tapped Taleo Corporation to provide its on-demand talent management solutions for recruiting, onboarding, assessments and learning.

Panda Restaurant Group includes Panda Express, Panda Inn and Hibachi-San, with more than 1,300 locations throughout the United States.

The company’s objective with Taleo’s product suite is to maintain growth and increase efficiencies. Specifically, Taleo's unified suite of Talent Management products will allow Panda to:

  • Have better insight on the quality of its hires;
  • Close the competency gaps in its organization;
  • Ensure the right onboarding and training to keep its talent engaged and productive.

Taleo’s system will replace the current disparate systems and streamline these services into a single platform for associates. The centralized Talent Profile will include resumes, reviews, assessments and learning plans, as well as the option to expand into more solutions.

This staffing information will enable the organization to quickly understand and leverage its best performers and identify areas for further development.
