Performance Food Group acquires OLM Food Solutions

Performance Food Group Inc., which owns Vistar Corp., the nationwide vending product warehouse distributor, acquired OLM Food Solutions based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, according to a souixfalls.business.com report.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

OLM Food Solutions has operated under the names Orion Land Mark and Orion Food Systems over the past 40 years. Its product line includes pizza brands such as Papa Primo's, pcpizza and Hot Stuff Kitchen, as well as convenience brand Day'N Night Bites and private-label food products.

The company has additional locations in Iowa and Tennessee.
