Phillip Rudolph joins Jack in the Box

SAN DIEGO — Phillip H. Rudolph has joined Jack in the Box Inc. as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, the company has announced.
Rudolph previously served as vice president and general counsel for Ethical Leadership Group, an ethics and corporate responsibility consulting firm based in Wilmette, Ill. Other previous positions include partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Foley Hoag LLP; vice president at McDonald's Corporation; and litigation partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLC.
"We're excited to add Phil to our executive management team," said Linda Lang, chairman and chief executive officer of Jack in the Box Inc. "The breadth of his background and experience will complement our existing resources and serve the company and our major stakeholders well as we pursue our strategic objectives."
