Pizza Brands to Watch nominations now open

Pizza Marketplace is seeking nominations for its "Pizza Brands to Watch in 2027" special report, aiming to highlight innovators, trailblazers and rising stars transforming the pizza market.

The upcoming report will feature concepts driving industry change through culinary creativity, strategic scaling or new technology.

This year we have some new criteria. Selection priority will be given to restaurants established within the last seven years that have not been featured in past reports. However, established brands are also eligible if they launched a major initiative within the past 12 months, such as a total brand pivot, a significant technological rollout or a new franchise model.

"The momentum in the pizza industry right now is incredible, and we want to shine a spotlight on the concepts that are truly driving that momentum forward," said Mandy Wolf Detwiler, editor of Pizza Marketplace. "For our 2027 report, we are looking for the fresh faces and forward-thinkers who are disrupting the status quo through unique menus, clever growth strategies or cutting-edge tech. While our main focus is on newer brands under seven years old, we absolutely want to hear from established players who have completely shaken things up with a major new initiative over the past year. If you are reshaping the future of pizza, we want you to submit a nomination and tell us your story."

Operators who want to nominate their brands must submit their entries through an online nomination form detailing what makes their concept a standout contender for the year ahead.
