Popeyes adds software to test and evaluate business initiatives

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has partnered with APT to license its Test & Learn Management System. According to Hospitality Technology, the QSR will use the technology to test business initiatives, such as menu strategies, pricing, marketing, labor, operations and capital investments.

Popeyes joins other chains, including Subway and Wendy's, that use the Test & Learn Management System. The technology compares the performance of a "test" group to a control group and offers users tools to follow performance data, improve the menu and more.
