Popeyes parent announces earnings call

ATLANTA — AFC Enterprises Inc., the franchisor and operator of Popeyes restaurants, has announced that it will file its quarterly report on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2008, after market closes. On Aug. 21, the company will host a conference call at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time to review the results for the second quarter of 2008 ended July 13, 2008, and provide an update on the strategic plan.
A live listen-only webcast of the conference call will be available on the AFC website at www.afce.com. A replay of the conference call will be available for 90 days at the company's website or through a dial-in number for a limited time following the call.
