Popeyes parent's profit up in Q2

Atlanta Business Chronicle: AFC Enterprises Inc., the Atlanta-based owner and franchiser of Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits, recorded a 29-percent jump in second-quarter profit for the company's second quarter. AFC posted net income of $6.6 million for the quarter.
