Popeyes plans Salt Lake City expansion

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen plans to open nine new restaurants within the next two years in the Salt Lake City market.

According to KSL.com, these units will be franchised by Z&H Foods UT Inc., and will open in West Jordan, South Jordan, Herriman, Midvale, American Fork and Ogden.

The first of these planned units will open in May, with the rest scheduled for completion by 2015.
