QSR Automations adds new features to software platform

QSR Automations has released version 2.5.111 of DineTime Host, a guest management software tool that provides waitlist management, reservations, a guestbook, and a variety of operational analytics. According to a news release, the updated version now offers users two new features: automatic table clearing at 4:30 a.m., and an option to rotate servers rather than sections with the “On the Fly” feature.

Automatic table clearing removes the need to manually click to clear every table at the end of the night. The new feature will do this every day at 4:30 a.m., so the next shift starts with a clean screen.

Now, DineTime also offers the option to rotate servers in addition to rotating sections. The “On the Fly” feature caters to managers who seat based on server rotation, rather than sections. The hostess can choose to rotate servers based on the last time they were seated; by the server who has the least number of parties; by the server who has the least amount of tables seated; or by the server who has the least number of guests seated.
