Rapid Fired opens 1st Ohio capitol location

Ohio-based Rapid Fired Pizza is opening its first location in the state's capitol city of Columbus on South State Street, right in the shadow of one of the country's biggest colleges, The Ohio State University. In fact, Anissa Lumpkin, wife of former OSU basketball player and football tight end, John Lumpkin, owns the location with Lumpkin's brother, Aaron, and operating partner, Nathan Liggett. 

The Westerville location is the 12th to open in the last 18 months and will be followed by 11 more being built elsewhere. The Kettering, Ohio-based concept opened its first store two years ago.
