Real estate investment group pays $7 million for 4 Hardee's units

Four Corners Property Trust, a real estate investment trust, has acquired four Hardee's properties, including three in Georgia and one in Alabama, for $7.0 million, according to  a company news release. The restaurants are above average performers for the brand and well-located in their respective communities, and the tenant has a strong performance record within the Hardee’s system, according to the release
