Rita's Italian Ice debuts sundaes, cookie dough cream flavor

Rita's Italian Ice has rolled out sundaes with unlimited toppings. Also making its debut on the menu for a limited time is Cookie Dough Cream Ice, with real chocolate chips and cookie dough pieces.

"Our new Cookie Dough Cream Ice is a spoonful of deliciousness," said Jonathan Fornaci, CEO, Rita's Franchise Company. "Our sundaes with unlimited toppings are truly over the top. It's just like when you were a kid, our creamy Old-Fashioned Frozen Custard loaded with all the toppings you can fit."

Guests can create their own Sundae starting with Rita's Old-Fashioned Frozen Custard, added to a waffle bowl or cup, and can choose from a selection of 20 toppings, including Snickers, Oreo, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Fruity Pebbles, M&M's Minis and more.

In addition, Rita's recently added three Frozen Custard Cakes to its take home treat selections, a Signature Gelati Cake, a Cookies n' Cream made with Oreo Frozen Custard Cake and a Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frozen Custard Cake. Also, Rita's Custard Cookie Sandwiches made with Oreo and Light Custard are now available.
