Rita's Italian Ice hosts Berry Wild 30th birthday sweepstakes

Rita's Italian Ice announced it will celebrate its 30th birthday with the introduction of its new Wild Berry Italian Ice and "Berry Wild" sweepstakes.

The sweepstakes offers up the chance for fans to win free Italian ice for 30 years, according to a news release.

Rita's new Wild Berry is made from a combination of the brand's blueberry, raspberry and strawberry flavors. Additionally, the featured Milkshake of the Month is Rita's Birthday Cake, which is available for a limited time.

Also, through May 18, fans can enter the sweepstakes at a Rita's store, where they will receive a secret code word of the week. They can then enter that code word online at ritasice.com/birthday. Twenty-one winners will receive free Rita's for a year, and one grand prize winner will receive free Rita's for 30 years.

"We are truly honored to celebrate this 30th milestone and invite all our fans to join our celebration and try our new Wild Berry Italian Ice," CEO Jeff Moody said in the release. "We're excited to celebrate 30 years in business by giving a lucky fan 30-years' worth of Rita's Italian Ice."
