Roy Rogers has brought back its pulled pork sandwich for the summer. According to the company, the pork is dry rubbed and slow roasted for 11 hours in its restaurants, and then hand pulled and served with Roy’s signature coleslaw on a Kaiser bun.
The LTO is available as a combo meal with a choice of a side item. Guests also have the option to top their sandwich with a choice of Sweet Baby Ray’s or Roy Rogers’ original Carolina tangy barbeque sauce.
“The Pulled Pork Sandwich has been a classic summer favorite at our restaurants for a few years,” Director of Marketing, Carrie Isabell, said in a news release. “However, this summer, Roys offers customers the added benefit of saucing Pulled Pork sandwiches to their liking at our Fixin’s Bar. Customers always enjoy making sandwiches their own at Roys, and will be able to do the same with our Pulled Pork.”
The sandwich is available through the end of July.
