Royal India Express to open in San Diego

Royal India Express, a fledgling Papa Bello Enterprises concept that focuses on Indian foods, will open an updated flagship restaurant in March in the renovated Westfield UTC shopping mall food court in San Diego.

The outlet will feature new items such as curry dishes and dosa, a savory pancake dish that is popular in southern India. It will be operated by Sam and Jag Kambo.

“Royal India Express has operated very well for the past 18 months,” said James Price, CEO of Papa Bello Enterprises. “They continue to prosper and evolve, even in a difficult economic environment.”
