Sandella's signs first franchise agreement

Redding, Conn. —Sandella's, the 125-plus unit flatbread chain has embarked on an aggressive national expansion plan with Alexandria, Va.-based franchise development company Fransmart, marking Sandella's first master franchise agreement.
Dan Rowe along with Stephen Crystal of Sandella's Franchise Nevada, LLC have purchased the development rights for as many as 50 new Nevada restaurants in casinos, airports, sporting arenas, retail centers and food courts.
The company plans to open the first unit by late summer.
Sandella's offers consumers fresh menu items such as grilled paninis, sandwiches, grilled flatbreads and quesadillas—all made with their own trans-fat free flatbread.
