Santa Fe says Arby's franchisee violated pay laws

The New Mexican: Santa Fe city attorneys filed a lawsuit this week accusing an Arby's restaurant of violating Santa Fe's `living wage'' ordinance. A representative of Arby's franchisee the Laubo Corp. said the company has begun paying all employees the required $9.50 an hour.
