December 5, 2006
NBC5: The family of a deceased Burger King manager filed a wrongful death lawsuit Dec. 5. Police said the manager was murdered late November in a Chicago suburb store.
The family also is suing for negligent hiring and negligent supervision. In the lawsuit, the family said they believe the man accused of killing the manager kept a key that allowed him to enter the restaurant and commit the crime.
