Sloppy Joe Slider returns to White Castle

The sloppy joe is making its return to White Castle with three versions, according to a press release.

The original Sloppy Joe Slider along with the Smoky Joe Slider and the Spicy Joe Slider, will be available at participating outlets.

The Sloppy Joe Slider features lean ground beef made with onions, tomatoes and bell peppers for a sweet and tangy flavor. The Smoky Joe Slider is the Sloppy Joe Slider topped with smoked cheddar cheese and crispy onions. The Spicy Joe Slider is topped with spicy jalapeño cheese and jalapeño crisps.

White Castle's Mac and Cheese Nibblers are also available. They're filled with cheese-covered macaroni and then coated with batter.

"Sloppy Joe remains a favorite for many people because it is a hearty meal needed during the cold winter months," Jamie Richardson, vice president at White Castle, said in the release. "Our Sloppy Joe Sliders and our Mac and Cheese Nibblers will provide comfort, just like a hug, that will warm you up all season long."

White Castle owns and operates more than 350 restaurants.
