Smokey Bones — which operates the casual dining restaurant of the same name as well as two virtual kitchen brands — The Wing Experience and The Burger Experience — has named Nichole Robillard as vice president of Marketing, a news release said.
Robillard has nearly 20 years of experience at national marketing and advertising agencies, as well as experience with McDonald's, Chuck E. Cheese and Jamba Juice. She also co-owned a farm-to-table destination in Washington, D.C. called Beuchert's Saloon.
"Nichole is the perfect addition to our leadership team and will drive our marketing efforts for Smokey Bones as well as our delivery-only brands, The Wing Experience and The Burger Experience," CEO James O'Reilly said in the release. "Her passion for the restaurant industry combined with her deep industry experience will serve both our team members and our guests well."
Smokey Bones is an affiliate of Boca Raton, Florida-based Sun Capital Partners, with 61 brick-and-mortar stores, where the company also operates its two delivery-only brands.
