SOCi intros listening tool for online conversations

SOCi Inc., a marketing platform provider, has introduced its Listening solution. With this tool, end users with multi-location businesses can discover user generated content, manage conversations, identify social selling opportunities and more, according to a press release.

This platform helps businesses identify 96% of brand conversations that are not directed at the business or happening on any of the businesses' accounts. Businesses can then take this information to improve customer experience.
