Sonic announces quarterly dividend

Sonic Corp. announced in a press release that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 11 cents per share of common stock to be paid to shareholders who are of record at the end of business this coming Aug. 10. Actual payment to those shareholders is set for Aug. 19.
