Sonic gets warm welcome up north

NASDAQ: Sonic Corp., which has traditionally operated in fair-climate states, is getting a hot reception as it expands into markers in the north. Sonic stores in new markets such as Wyoming, Mich., and Kingston, N.Y., are pulling in three times the sales of stores that open in existing markets.
