Sonic starts planned boom in Twin Cities area

Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal: Sonic Drive-In has opened its first Twin Cities, Minn., location. Border Foods Cos., the Golden Valley, Minn.-based company that owns Sonic's local franchise rights, plans to open 35 stores in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area over the next five years.
