Stoner's Pizza deal will nearly double chain's size

Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based quick-service pizza brand, Stoner's Pizza Joint, has signed a deal to add 10 units with franchisee group, Pie Enterprises LLC. The partnership supports Stoner's plans to further develop the Florida Market and move into new areas, with the first store to open in December in Daytona Beach, a news release said.

Leadership at Pie Enterprises said they will move quickly to add Florida stores, but eventually want to expand into Kentucky. The delivery and takeout-centered brand offers specialty pizzas, calzones, strombolis, sandwiches, hickory-smoked chicken wings, salads and desserts.

The 7-year-old brand began franchising in late 2018 concentrating on the Southeast U.S. It has approximately 15 locations in the eastern U.S.
