Subway franchisee sued over ventilation

New York Sun: Residents of a condominium building on New York's Upper East Side have filed a $500,000 lawsuit against the owner of a newly-opened Subway franchise on the building's first floor. The residents charge that the aroma of baking bread is drifting into their condos, causing property values to fall.
