Subway has reached a settlement in class action suit regarding sandwich size.

Subway has reached a settlement over the length of its sandwiches and customers who purchased a 6- or 12-inch Subway sandwich in the U.S. since 2003 are entitled to a cut of a class action settlement involving the franchise.
However, only the nine named plaintiffs in the preliminary resolution approved by a federal judge in Milwaukee this month will see any money, which amounts to up to $1,000 each, ABC News 7 Chicago reported.
The legal action grew from a 2012 social media post about a foot-long Subway sandwich that was not a foot long, the report also stated.
